With a large number of our world’s population suffering from depression and anxiety it is now more important than ever that we take care of our mental health. How we relate to the world can have significant impact on our emotional wellbeing. That is why I collaborated with a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist to develop a unique way to reduce depression, anxiety and PTSD through the theraputic benefits of fire a.k.a Fire Therapy.

An embodied theraputic experience

The sessions use fire as a tool to guide you on a carefully mapped out journey of self discovery. You will relate to the fire and to yourself in different ways to unlock valuable insights into how you can find the strength within to overcome obstacles in your life. The sessions also incorporate mediation and mindfulness techniques to help you stay in the present moment and achieve emotional peace and clarity.
